In the event that a 1099 worker's coverage is inadequate or fails, our comprehensive workers' comp insurance steps in to ensure that all contractors we engage with are properly protected. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we are committed to safeguarding all individuals who contribute to our operations.​

The Company is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. In the event of an error attributable to our mistake, you are entitled to a full refund and the opportunity to organize another event at a discounted rate of 50%. Any further inquiries or issues will be addressed and resolved at the discretion of the Company's Director of Events in accordance with company policies. We prioritize your satisfaction and positive experience, underscoring our unwavering commitment to surpassing your expectations.​

Tastings are offered at a revised rate for all events. Should you desire to sample the culinary offerings as well as signature cocktails from your designated event menu, such provision can be made available. A designated representative will be dispatched to your premises to facilitate the delivery of the items and compile a detailed report on your preferences and feedback. All pertinent information will be documented, and your explicit approval will be required.​

We are excited to share our updated pricing guidelines and event policies for 2025 and moving forward, which include a full payment requirement prior to events and the signing of a service waiver. Our team will handle post-event cleanup, and we offer credits for complimentary services if you're not satisfied.
