Employee Shift Login and Payroll Procedures



Employee Login and Payroll Procedures The Employee Login Section is available only through the official Simply Phillip Brown Event Services Staff App, ensuring secure access for authorized personnel. The app is provided via a corporate link upon hiring and requires each staff member’s assigned login credentials. Employees must clock in at the start and clock out at the end of each shift using the app. All hours must be submitted by 10:00 PM on Sunday to be included in that week’s payroll. Payroll is processed on Tuesday and deposited on Friday, with pay issued once per week. Staff should verify that all time entries are accurate before the Sunday deadline to avoid delays.



Shift Call-Off



We understand that unforeseen incidents can occur, and we are committed to ensuring a seamless workflow even in such situations. Our streamlined process allows you to easily notify us if you are unable to work at a particular event. By submitting a message through our platform, you can inform corporate about your absence and provide the reason why you cannot fulfill your assignment.
