1. Payment Policy: To ensure smooth execution, all event payments must be completed in full prior to the event date. This allows us to finalize all arrangements and secure the necessary services.
2. Service Waiver: Clients will be required to sign a service waiver that clearly outlines the services provided. This document helps set clear expectations and responsibilities for both parties.
3. Post-Event Cleanup: Our dedicated staff will take care of all cleanup and trash disposal after each event, ensuring a clean and organized space.
4. Dissatisfaction Policy: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we will offer a credit for a complimentary service to address your concerns. This credit can be applied to a future event or transferred to another person.
5. Overall Event Satisfaction: In the rare event that you find the overall experience unsatisfactory, we will provide a complimentary event of the same tier and pricing as a resolution.
6. Advance Notice Requirement: Please note that we can no longer accommodate last-minute events. All events require a minimum of two weeks' notice to ensure proper planning.
